This free, evidence-based 8-week nutrition series is designed to help you build healthier eating and active living habits. Led by an experienced nutrition educator, this program provides practical, culturally relevant guidance to support lasting lifestyle changes.
Classes are designed for adults ages 18 yrs and older and can delivered in-person or virtually. Lessons include all materials, engaging post lesson enhancements, and live recipe demonstrations for in-person sessions.

Diabetes Prevention Program
